About the Emergency Services Information Network Corporation (ESINC)
Houston-based ESINC is the North American network partner and exclusive Licensee of the Operation Respond Emergency Information System (OREIS™). As the authorized commercial affiliate of Operation Respond, ESINC serves as the primary interface with wireless carriers and other firms and organizations, and coordinates the marketing, commercial adaptation and sales of the Operation Respond software suites.
ESINC oversees and operates the OREIS™ and OREIS™ Mobile network servers, maintained at the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System’s headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. ESINC also coordinates a messaging and administrative network of OREIS™ users and other public safety organizations was developed to provide emergency response agencies with time sensitive, critical notification and information sharing capabilities essential to safe and effective emergency responses to hazmat and other transportation incidents.
ESINC is now in the process of deploying the OREIS™ software in mobile services (OREIS™ Mobile) for Blackberries, other wireless devices and cellular telephones in the US and Canada.
